Very rare and collectible Campagnolo 50th Anniversary complete groupset from 1983.
To celebrate the 50th anniversary of the company, Campagnolo released an initial number of 5.000 pieces of this extraordinary groupset. In the production they made an excessive use of titanium and golden emblems. And every groupset got its very own number engraved.
Number one went straight to Campagnolo's own museum. Number two was presented to the pope. In the meantime Campagnolo began to produce more of the sought-after anniversary groupsets to meet the expectations of the market. They just stopped when the number of 15.000 groupsets was achieved.Here is one, in it's original box, waiting for an avid collector who is willing to make it its own.
