Inspired by Bianchi racing bicycles of the 1960s, this Celeste machine is everything you need to tackle the famous "Strade Bianche" gravel of L'Eroica.
- a Bianchi lugged steel frame made of Columbus Zona tubing
- a Campagnolo 10 speed gearing with 13-29T cassette
- a 48/36T crankset
- an elegant Brooks saddle
- clincher tires (tubular tires and rims are available upon request)
It's a given. When it comes to vintage cycling, there are a few bikes which appeal as the "Celeste Bianchi" does, a legend forever associated with the epic victories of Fausto Coppi and Felice Gimondi. Being totally aware of that, the Italian company from Treviglio decided to manufacture a new model specifically designed and approved for all Eroica events.
The result is terrifically captivating. The "Celeste" lugged steel frame is made in Italy with Columbus Zona tubes and is equipped with a blend of fine and reliable components, amongst which a Campagnolo 10 speed gearing with down-tube shifters. To better climb the impervious L'Eroica gravels, Bianchi went for a 12-29T cassette and a 48/36T crankset, definitely a combination which assures the best ratio when climbing. When descending, the Tektro brake set will provide you the proper support to stop. An elegant Brooks saddle and Ambrosio rims complete this very high-end build.
Approved by L'Eroica. A Bianchi which combines the charm of a vintage bicycle and the performance of new components.
